About the appeal
This new project will provide IT facilities to update the Physics laboratories to enable students from the age of 11 to develop skills in using ICT for data-logging which in turn will enable them to undertake technically more sophisticated experiments.QEGS has a fantastic record for the teaching of science and these new facilities will provide a stimulating environment for both students and teaching staff. It will help to prepare them both for university level study and the world of work. At a time when Physicists are in short supply the number of students electing to study Physics at QEGS is growing each year.
